Born and raised in Hawaii, Jeff Pagay has been drawing since he was a child, and has become proficient in his use of
acrylic and oil paints and airbrushing. He began his professional art career creating t-shirts for tourists. His versatile artwork can be seen
in many murals, signs, banners, CD covers and countless illustrations. Some of these include the comical instructional book How Fo’ Surf, and
